Mrs. Jaquish

Math Teacher

Hi, my name is Marjorie (Margie) Jaquish.  I’ve been at Willsboro School since January 2000.  I am certified to teach Secondary Mathematics but I also have an Elementary Certification.  I started by working with some students in grades K - 12 to try to get them to love math as much as I do!  I now teach math in grades 7 – 12.

I have lived in Willsboro my entire life.  I met my husband, Dirk, in high school and we got married after we both graduated.  We have three children – Jason, Josh, and Jerilyn, and a beautiful grandson – Logan.

I attended Clinton Community College and then entered Plattsburgh State .  I received my Bachelor’s degree in Education and Mathematics at Plattsburgh and then continued on for my Master’s degree in Education.

As crazy as it may sound, I do love my subject.  I find the way that the entire subject fits together and works so smooth fascinating.  I am continually learning more about math and continue to be excited about it!
