4. Approval of the minutes from the regular meeting held on 3/25/08.

5. New Business

a)  Request a wavier from Board Policy 4420 – Class Size for the 2008 – 09 school year for our incoming 5^th grade.  The expected class size is anticipated to be 23 which is above the maximum level of 20 and requires Board approval to one class.

b)  Consider the request from Eli Schwartzberg for 90 day due diligence extension regarding the Old School.  As per his letter of request, “substantial progress has been made and we are comfortable moving forward with the purchase.”

c)  Accept the Special Education recommendations.

6. Business & Finance

a)  Budget presentation and discussion.

b)  Approve the firm Conroy, Boulrice, Telling & Trombley, PC as the external auditors for the 2007 – 08 year, at an annual fee of $9,500.00.

c)  Approval of the 2008 – 09 district budget and spending plan.

d)  Accept the extra curricular report dated 4/4/08.
