b)  Accept the internal auditor’s report dated 12-21-07.

7.  New Business

a)  Enter into a partnership agreement between Adirondack Community Action Program and Willsboro School for an after school program for the 2007 – 08 year.

b)  Approve the superintendent’s attendance at the Mid-Winter Superintendent’s Conference in Albany on January 13^th – 15^th, 2008, and also the annual regional Superintendent’s meeting held in Lake Placid on December 6^th and 7^th, 2007.

c)  Consider maintaining the current aged exemption allowance of $15, 000 for the district.

d)  Consider the disposal and removal of the following items that have no value from inventory:

a)  Approve the emergency conditional appointment of Eric McCauliffe as a substitute teacher.

b)  Approve the emergency conditional appointment of Lori Crandall as a substitute monitor, cleaner, and cafeteria worker.

c)  Consider the request for unpaid leave from Don Yetman from February 25^th – March 14^th, 2008.

d)  Accept the letter of retirement from Rhonda Belzile effective June 30, 2008.
