4. Approval of Minutes

a)  Approve the minutes from the regular meeting held on 11-27-07.

5. Art demonstration by Ms. Holzhauer.

6. Business & Finance

a)  Recommend approval of The Omni Group as the district’s provider and management of our employee’s tax shelter annuities and 403(b) plans.  The cost will not exceed $4, 000 for the 2007-08 school year.

b)  Accept the tax collector’s report for the 2007-2008 school year.

7. New Business

a)  Approve Ms. Eldred’s enrichment activity of a Crafting Club for 4^th, 5^th, & 6^th grade students.  The cost associated with the activity will not exceed $200.00.

b)  Acknowledge Mrs. Trienens for the participation in the CVES School Library System book review program.  Mrs. Trienens received 15 books worth $234.49 which will be added to our school library.

c)  Approve the 2008 - 2009 budget development calendar.
