4. Approval of Minutes

a)  Approve the minutes from the regular meeting held on 9-25-07.

5. New Business

a)   Approve the 2008 Senior class trip to Cancun , Mexico .  The class will be leaving on 4/11/08 and returning on 4/19/08.  They will be staying at the Barceló Costa Cancun All Inclusive Resort.  The trip is being arranged through AAA Northway and will depart from Burlington , VT.

b)  Approve the following chaperones for the 2008 Senior class trip:

·  Gail MacDougal

·  John & Lorilee Sheehan

·  Rick & Gail Cross

·  Melissa Gough

6. Business & Finance

a)  Receive the 2007 external audit report as prepared and presented by the district’s auditor Barbara Dwyer.

b)  Approve a budget transfer of $500.00 from instructional salary to contractual with the budget category of Programs for Students with Disabilities.  This is a final adjustment to match the final BOCES billing for the 2006-07 school year.

a)  Second reading and approval of “Smoking on School Premises”.

a)  Child Safety Cards through the Essex County Sheriff’s Office.
