Executive Session
Motion by Phyllis Klein,
seconded by Scott Sayward, voted and carried (5-0) to enter into
executive session at 6:00pm to discuss personnel.
Motion by Phyllis Klein, seconded by Bruce Hale, voted and carried (5-0)
to end executive session at 6:24pm.

Approval of Minutes
Motion by Phyllis Klein,
seconded by Craig Jackson, voted and carried (4-0-1) with one abstention
(Scott Sayward) to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held on
11-13-07.
New Business
Motion by Craig Jackson,
seconded by Bruce Hale, voted and carried (5-0) to approve the side
letter of agreement with the Willsboro Teachers Association regarding
payment for additional teaching duties for
Michelle
Dragoon.
Business & Finance
Motion by Phyllis Klein,
seconded by Bruce Hale, voted and carried (5-0) to accept the internal
auditors report dated 11-20-07.
Personnel – Consent
Agenda
Motion by Craig Jackson,
seconded by Scott Sayward, voted and carried (5-0) to accept the request
for 1 ½ days of unpaid leave for Mrs.
Lorilee Sheehan
on March 13h & 14th.
Reports from Board
Committees
Mr. Hale updated the
board on the CFES Conference that he and some others attended on
November 16th and 17th.
He felt the conference was very informative.
Reports from the
Superintendent
- Mr.
Broadwell gave an ELA Presentation to the board.
- Tax
bills have all been paid and sent to the county.
- Report
on the musical “Annie”.
- Only
one board meeting for the month of December.
- The
board is going to do an art project at the next board meeting on
December 11th.

meeting at 7:16pm.
